Our fisherman house is located on island Zminjak, 2 km away from island Murter, distant 15 minutes by boat from dock Hramina.
What best describes this location is peace and quiet. Nature and the sea are everywhere around you. House has beautiful view and it’s 30 meters distant from the sea. The area of the house is 30 square meters, and the entire property is 4,000 square meters, where there is a large olive grove.
Everything is solar-powered and the only thing you have in terms of electrotechnical devices is the radio.
The house consists of a kitchen, a bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed . In front of the house there is a spacious terrace and traditional stone barbecue for food lovers. The house bathroom with shower. Pets are allowed. Water is rain water, so we recommend using it sparingly, and we recommend purchased water for drinking.
We will bring you to the house with the boat and show you everything you need.
With the rental of the house, you also get a 5-meter boat with a Yamaha 4 kw engine, so you can explore all the surrounding beautiful islands.
Parking for cars is included and is located within our house on Murter.
This location is perfect for you, if you want to get away from the city, noise and traffic.
